THE WORLD’S BEST CARBON FIBER COMPOSITE CUKE POINTS

The relationship between the player and the cue is formed based on feedback. It consists of thousands of tiny details, all of which are interpreted by the player’s senses: the sound of the stroke, the depth and sight of each stroke, the diameter and smoothness of the bridge as the tip slides, the slight vibrations felt in the player’s hand as the tip of the cue makes impact. . Each of these interactions forges this relationship, creating trust between the player and his cues. With these factors in mind, Cuetec began the development of a brand new series of Cynergy carbon fiber composite tips. “If I can’t feel it, I can’t use it,” was one of the first things five-time US Open 9-Ball champion Shane Van Boening said when we started discussing the development. Cynergy shafts. Shane was right. In the past decade, due to the consideration of deflection, feel and feedback have disappeared, replaced by percentage points and equations that have little to do with how the shaft can be felt or how much information it conveys to the player handling it. With Shane’s guidelines in mind, Cuetec engineers set out to develop a unique solution that takes advantage of advanced carbon fiber manufacturing Technology without sacrificing the feedback experienced by long-time maple pick players. We are proud to say that after more than a year of testing countless prototypes, the fruits of this labor have arrived in the form of the Cynergy 12.5, 11.8 and 10.5 spokes. The shafts have been developed to improve the connection between the player and his cue, with the added benefit of carbon fiber composite Technology.

EXCELLENT CONSTRUCTION:

MULTI-DIRECTIONAL CARBON FIBER The Cuetec Cynergy carbon composite tips are made of military-grade unidirectional carbon fibers impregnated with multiple resins. Each filament is 7 µm (0.007 mm) in diameter, about one-twelfth the size of a human hair. The orientation of the carbon fibers is crucial to achieve optimal durability, strength and performance. During the heat treatment process, all of these specially oriented fibers work together to ensure zero net displacement. The result is a perfectly straight and extremely strong tip. POLYURETHANE FOAM COREThe heart of every Cynergy carbon composite tip is the ultra-high density polyurethane foam core. This Cuetec-patented polyfoam core provides stability to the nib, allowing for a suitably low deflection and a more woody tone with increased feel and feedback. FLYWEIGHT FIRST STRUCTURE Less weight means less deflection. Benefiting from ultra-strong carbon composite construction, all Cynergy spokes feature Cuetec’s lightweight front construction. This construction allows the Cynergy polyfoam to stop five inches short of the tip end, creating a stiff cavity with less mass and therefore less deflection on contact. PRECISION TECHNICAL DESIGN The Cuetec Cynergy tips, developed to ensure the most comfortable playing experience, have a unique, performance-oriented conical design. Both the Cynergy 12.5 and 11.8 have super-straight cones with virtually zero rise – allowing for a more consistent and accurate stroke, regardless of the player’s stroke length. In contrast, the Cynergy 10.5 features a hybrid cone design – providing increased stiffness and power for other sports such as snooker and Chinese 8. THIN WHITE DIRECTION At only 0.25 inches long, the lightweight, thin white reticle on every Cynergy scope not only aids target contrast and depth perception, but also provides a more familiar and stable platform for maintaining the scope and skin for replacement during the service life of the tip. LAMINATED TIGER® SNIPER LEATHER Each Cynergy shaft is paired with a laminated Sniper Cue tip, selected for its high performance and neutral hitting properties. Naturally cured for more than a year, their Sniper leather is meticulously polished using a unique vacuum lamination process that ensures the removal of air between the ten layers of leather.

CYNERGY CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Maintenance of the surface of the Cuetec Cynergy tip. Cuetec Cynergy carbon composite tips should never be sanded or modified. Using any kind of abrasive can damage the surface of the tip and weaken the carbon fibers of the tip and release potentially harmful substances that can be dangerous to your health. Any polishing, sanding, or treatment of the surface of the tip with abrasives or chemicals will void the tip’s warranty. Never use hand chalk, dusting powder or anything else to use Cuetec Cynergy carbon fiber composite nibs. To clean the surface of the Cuetec Cynergy carbon composite nib, you only need a few materials; Isopropyl alcohol (75% or higher) and two (2) clean and soft towels / wipes 1. step Remove all dust and dirt by wiping the tip with a soft, clean Cloth. 2. Step Apply an appropriate amount of isopropyl alcohol (75% or higher) to a clean, soft towel. Then move the towel up and down the length of the tip while moving your hand around the circumference. You may see dirt on the towel. This is completely normal. Continue working the Cue shaft in the same motion until all areas are thoroughly wiped, then wait a few moments for the surface to dry. Leather replacement of Cuetec Cynergy cue tips Cuetec Cynergy carbon composite tips have a light, white sight. This integration into the front construction of the Cynergy tip allows for easier leather replacement during the tip’s lifetime. When changing the skin, it is important to clean and sand the ferrule smooth. The minimum height of the ferrule must be greater than 1 mm to maintain the warranty period of the ferrule. * Always entrust the replacement to a recognized and proven specialist. Never allow a professional to sand or modify the surface of the tip when applying a new skin. Cuetec Cynergy tip ferrule replacement. Although it is unlikely that the Cuetec Cynergy tip ferrule / bone will ever need to be replaced, it should be done by an authorized Cuetec Cynergy repair center. This is necessary due to the complexity of the binders used, as well as to ensure that the carbon fibers of the shaft are not damaged. To find an authorized repair center near you, contact customerservice@cuetec.com. AbrasionCuetec Cynergy carbon composite spokes are not designed to withstand significant lateral pressure. Never bend them excessively, strike them against other objects, or treat them with any abrasive material, whether solid or liquid. shaft diameter Cuetec Cynergy carbon composite spoke diameters must never be modified. Any sanding, polishing or abrasive treatment can compromise the ultra-thin layers of the carbon fiber and will immediately void the Cynergy tip warranty.
